Description

This is arguably the most important panel in the game. Here, you can both research companies to invest, perform all sorts of transactions and manage the companies you control. It is divided in three main windows:

  • Overview window: this table shows the following information:
    • Total cash (not including subsidiaries' cash). This is the money you have at your disposal to perform transactions.
    • Total bonds investment: the total market value of both government and corporate bonds you hold.
    • Total stock investment: the total market value of your stock investments (short positions are not included).
    • Total value short position: equal to the current market value of the shares you sold short (see the Short Sell page for more details).
    • Next coupon payment: this is the next payment expected from bonds (both government and corporate). The government pays the coupons at the end of months 6 and 12 of each year, while corporations pay bonds each quarter.
    • Last quarter's interest income: equal to the interest income appearing in the income statement from the last full quarter.
  • Bonds window: it shows the Bonds Table. See its page for more information.
  • Stocks window: it shows the Stock Screener. See its page for more information.
