Management Panel
Description
This panel consists on two main sections:
- The employee information table, consisting of the following:
- Total employees: consisting of either assigned employees or unassigned employees. The former are employees that are working on a current insurance contract.
- Unassigned employees: these are the number of employees not assigned to any insurance contract.
- Yearly average salary per employee (set up at $50K).
- Yearly salary expenses, obtained by multiplying the number of employees by the yearly salary.
- Hire employees: fill the input field with the number of employees you want to hire, and press Confirm.
- Fire employees: use either the input field or the slider to choose how many employees you wish to fire, and press Confirm. So far, there are no government regulations regarding employees rights, so you can hire and fire without any repercussions. Also, you can only fire unassigned employees.
